Most support requests with Escrow must be requested by the Buyer or the Seller as financial information and transaction details are protected by Escrow. Scaffold Hub can only request information from Escrow on behalf of a Scaffold Hub user in a small set of circumstances. For the best support experience with Escrow, reaching out directly yourself is best.
