How to Pay the Scaffold Hub Introduction Fee
- On the Scaffold Hub website go to the Listing you would like to make an offer on
- Click the red button that says ‘Buy Now’
- The listing will scroll down to the individual items in the list
- Uncheck any items you don’t want to make an offer on and click ‘Send Offer’
- Once the offer is accepted by the Seller, on the Buyer’s account there will be on the listing you will be prompted to make the introductory payment.
- Select if you would like to pay the seller by credit card (which includes the amount due plus the transaction fee of 2.7% + $0.30) or wire transfer
- Once selected the total will be broken down.
- If you selected Credit Card your credit card details will already be entered. Ensure it is correct and then click the button ‘Pay by Credit Card’. You will be prompted to ensure you would like to make the payment. Click ‘ok’ and the fee will be paid.
- If you selected ‘Wire Transfer’, you will then be shown the banking details to make the wire transfer. These will also be emailed to you. Click ‘Proceed with Wire Transfer’. You will then be prompted saying that you are committing to the wire transfer. Click ‘ok’.
- Scaffold Hub will confirm once the Wire transfer has arrived and mark the listing as introduction fee received.
