How to Accept or Reject Equipment During the Verification Process as a Buyer

  1. When an offer is sent, and the deposit paid, you will be updated within the listing in your Scaffold Hub account. 
  2. In the listing itself there will be three options: 
  3. Accept and pay with escrow.com 
    1. Accept and pay direct to Seller  
    2. Decline Goods. If you choose this option, then the funds from the Buyer will be processed as a refund. 
  4. Once one is chosen the sale of the listing will move forward. If you have Accepted payment will then need to be processed outside of the Scaffold Hub platform by the options provided.
